We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Science Museum Shop; if your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all museum-branded tags and labels remain intact.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
